ZESTRON® SW is a solvent-based cleaning fluid with a high flash point, specifically designed for bottom side stencil wiping in SMT printers without vacuum drying. Using ZESTRON® SW ensures stable and reproducible cleaning results. Additionally, ZESTRON® SW leaves no residue after drying, thereby enhancing the reliability of the printing process.

Advantages compared to other cleaning fluids:

ZESTRON® SW offers a wide process window and effectively removes solder paste through bottom side stencil wiping
Fast drying and leaves no residue on the stencil after dry wiping
Stable wiping pattern ensures reduced solder ball formation (refer to Technical Information 4)
Unlike isopropyl alcohol with a low flash point (12°C), ZESTRON® SW has a high flash point (67°C), significantly improving operational safety in printers
ZESTRON® SW is a halogen-free organic solvent
ZESTRON® SW is biodegradable
